This place was a great place to stop by and I’m glad I did. Jordan was great to deal with, he went above and beyond what most salesmen would. There were no empty promises made and he was honest with me from the start and I appreciated that. The used truck I bought was well represented on the website and wasn’t any different in person. Any questions or concerns I had were met with actual solutions! Great experience over all!

"Salesman" Jordan needs a new career.... Strike 1. Terrible communication, he spoke with my banker morning of me driving 3 hours to this dealership, when he failed to tell him there was a additional Administrative fee of $400+, so we get there with a check in hand for the vehicle and then proceeds to tell me then of the additional out of pocket expense. 👎🏼 Strike 2. Then didnt have the title for the vehicle, although it had been on the lot for a month. Strike 3. 7 days after getting the vehicle home, still didnt have the title in hand, even though he said they mailed it.... Come to find out they hadn't and then 2 day express mailed it. Strike 4. This takes the cake... check engine light came on 7 days into ownership, had it checked and 6 codes had been cleared previously, issues with fuel pump and rain sensors. Costing $2,500 to repair. Horrible experience, I notified Jordan of the vehicle engine issues and he didnt even respond. WOW, i caution everyone to NOT buy from this dealership. Terrible service and dishonorable sales on vehicle they knew had issues. Shame. God be with anyone who risks a purchase from Victory Lanes Chrysler Dodge Jeep.

I have purchased two jeep wranglers from Terry Pollard. My experience has been amazing. He goes above and beyond, a very relaxed, calm atmosphere… the first jeep was a 2021 wrangler sport, and my second jeep was a 2022 wrangler Willys!!! Chris made the paperwork, fast easy and simple, excellent experience all around!!!
