!!!!!!!!!!!!!CHEVROLET VICTORY LANE STOLE MY PERSONAL PROPERTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am formally warning potential customers about my extremely concerning experience with Chevrolet Victory Lane while my 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe was in their possession for service. My appointment was scheduled for Monday, May 18 at 9:15 AM. I was originally informed that the service would take approximately one hour. Instead, my vehicle remained at the dealership for nearly three days, and I was not able to retrieve it until May 20 at approximately 2:30 PM. During this time, there was a significant lack of communication, updates, and professionalism from the service department. I later learned that no work had even been performed on the vehicle during the first day it was left in their custody. Most importantly, upon recovering my vehicle, I discovered that my Samsung Galaxy Note 10 had been removed from the center console compartment where it had consistently been stored prior to service. This device was inside the vehicle at the time it was delivered to the dealership. After immediately reporting the matter to BILL within the service department, my concerns were dismissed and I was told that it was “impossible” for anyone on their crew to have taken the device. At no point was a meaningful effort made to investigate the disappearance of my property or address the seriousness of the situation. Customers place trust in service departments when leaving vehicles and personal property in their custody. Based on my experience, I have serious concerns regarding the handling, security, and accountability practices at this location. Law enforcement authorities will be contacted regarding the missing property and the circumstances surrounding this incident. I strongly advise customers to exercise extreme caution when leaving personal belongings inside vehicles serviced at this dealership.

When in looking about lease deals on cars walked out with a beautiful Chevy blazer lease. My salesman, Nick Kenyon. Took very good care of me answered every question. Got me all the answers.
