The only reason there is one star is because the reception is an absolute sweet heart and he did the best he could to try and fine someone to help me. One of the sales associates said they wouldn’t help me because they didn’t sell me the car. I bought my car second hand off marketplace and whether you buy a vehicle from a dealership or not USUALLY they will help you. I guess customer service is not something they strive to uphold I have never gone to a dealership where I have been basically shooed away because the purchase wasn’t made there and he didn’t get any money from me. I went to a different Toyota where they were very welcoming and helped me without question.

I recently became the proud owner of a brand new Toyota, and my experience with this dealership has been nothing short of amazing. Buying a vehicle can be a stressful and time consuming venture. My sales advisor, Saad Jai-Mansouri, ensured that those feelings were never present. He put me and my wife at ease from the moment we first walked into this dealership. Within moments we were test driving our desired vehicle and that was followed by a discussion about the most dreaded topic : the numbers ($). This was discussed with total transparency, professionalism, and thoroughness that was easy to comprehend. I dealt with many other Toyota dealerships in Ottawa/Gatineau, and trust me…there is no shortage of BS out there. Fast forward a few months, and I’m behind the wheel of a brand new car that I adore. Every employee that I’ve interacted with has been lovely - reception, sales, service employee- doesn’t matter. All lovely! I’m surprised to read that some people had negative experiences with the dealership, and with Jai specifically. Perhaps these are entitled clients that feel the world owes them a preferential treatment. Just be a decent person, and you will leave feeling like family. Looking forward to continuing doing business here and do yourself a favor by checking them out.

I bought new 2026 Toyota RAV4 XLE from Villa Toyota dealership at Gatineau recently. And now I feel proud to have it. The experience with personnel is excellent. Starting with a person on the entrance, sales person and the person who prepared the car for final look. Everything we agreed to be installed on the car was done in time and on professional manner.
