Village Audiology

My Husband and I want to give a huge shout out to Georgia Harper. We have been to many places in Batavia only to have them sell us cheap hearing aids that did not work adding on extra fees and not listening to our needs but telling us how good there hearing aids were. I've come to find out that when a person has insurance that cover hearing aids they just use the insurance to get paid not caring about the individuals needs.This is not the case with Village Audiology. I went to Georgia and said please help me hear .I can not believe how much she has helped me, its amazing her expertise and equipment got right to the point. I was so pleased i sent my husband to Georgia. He hated all the hearing aids from the other places he couldn't hear and they were just junk. When he came home with a trial on he was so impressed with his ability to hear we order his pair right away. Now alls i can say is thank you Georgia we now have a Happier Marriage !!!!!!! Five Stars is not enough to say thank you your amazing!!!!!

Georgia and Jim are the best people you could hope to meet in any profession, honest and kind . But their knowledge of their chosen craft is what sets them apart from others. They truly understand the science behind the technology they sell and do their best to give people the best value possible. This is becoming a rarity in todays age of uneducated salespeople simply entering numbers in a computer and trying to profit as much as possible from one sale. Hats off to you folks.
