I bought a used Ascent at the end of February. It was the quickest, easiest interaction with a dealership I’ve ever had. The GM came out and spoke with me and my husband, he was very kind and personable. I did up having some issues with the veh (again, used car) but everyone I spoke to was super helpful and quick to get it fixed for me. Dennis, Justin, Emily, Lemond- all of them were extremely helpful and friendly. I can’t thank them enough for all their assistance.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at this dealership. They were very responsive to my needs, and willing to work with me to arrive at a price that enabled me to purchase a car that checked every box and then some. The sales associate, manager, and finance leader worked as a team to ensure the process went very smoothly from start to finish. My last new car purchase was close to 9 years ago, and I was amazed at how streamlined the process had become since then. This is my fourth Subaru. I explored other options, but in the end I remained loyal to the make that has given me the most peace of mind and value for my dollar.

Deandre Seymore was terrific. Once we met with the Finance/Business manager, he was terrific. It took 15 -20 minutes once we met with the Finance/Business manager. However we waited almost 2 hours on Friday and then another hour on Saturday to meet with the Finance/Business manager after being told we were next in line both times. No one should have to wait 3 hours to give someone a check after indicating they want to buy a car.

Alejandro was very efficient and informative. He answered all my questions and kept me updated along the way. I liked the way he wrote down what I should expect to replace on my next service visit. I loved that he washed my car even though I didn’t ask. That was a super nice surprise. I hope I get this same excellent service next time.
