We recently purchased a 2022 Mustang MachE from Vin Devers Autohaus of Sylvania. From start to finish, it was an extremely positive experience. This was my first time ever buying a pre-owned vehicle, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Our salesman, Joe, was helpful on the phone, made an appointment to see us on the same day, and had the car prepped and ready for a test drive. He was so friendly, answered all of our questions, and wasn’t at all pushy, which I really appreciate. Ramon took care of the financing, and he was polite and very professional. Joe and Ramon made it possible for us to take the vehicle home the same day, and we were all set in less than two hours. Joe and the dealership have even followed up a couple of times to see how we like the vehicle. Through the dealership, we were also able to purchase a high quality extended warranty, tire protection, and GAP insurance package at a very reasonable rate, which gives us peace of mind, especially with a used vehicle. The car only had 31,000 miles on it, but if I hadn’t looked at the odometer, I never would have guessed that it was pre-owned. When we went for the test drive, the car was spotless and looked brand new. When we were approved for the loan, I was surprised to hear that the vehicle was going to be detailed before we took it home, ensuring that it was pristine. This dealership and our sales team, Joe and Ramon, are fantastic to work with, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality pre-owned vehicle.

Vin Devers Mercedes & Audi Is On a Different Level Vin Devers Mercedes and Audi in Toledo has blown me away. My husband bought Audi there in June, and from day one they have treated us with genuine kindness. Even the routine stuff—like going in for car washes—feels great. The punch card is awesome, and the whole team is consistently friendly. Kyle and his team are so easy and do great work detailing our cars by hand. I seriously want to do a roll call filled with compliments. Keith Soloman, the maintenance director, is kind and honest. He has even worked on our sprinter van which we didn't even buy at the dealership. Jason Perry offers such an elevated experience at Vin Devers. It's like no where else and But the real star here is Frank Hayes. Frank is incredible. He is kind, honest, and makes everything easy. He remembers details, he checks in, he actually cares. I can’t say enough good things about him. He is a joy to work with and we trust Frank. Recently, my husband surprised me with a car I had wanted for decades, and Frank and the team made the entire experience unforgettable. They set it up in the showroom, wrapped it, put a big bow on it, and got it ready for our wedding anniversary. They even had flowers and a card waiting for me. It was above and beyond anything I expected. It was truly special They keep following through, too—checking on me, washing the car, making sure everything is perfect. This is real customer service, and it’s rare. Did I mention they have really fun events for their customers? They were very helpful in getting me into a newer car and were very good listeners and friendly! Joeseph helped me with the transition of getting into my new vehicle. Ramon Perez worked hard at getting me a good deal with what he had to work with. Helped me make a good decision about everything! Just in time for winter weather!
