I bought this 2018 Mercedes-Benz C 300 from Vin Devers 3 months ago. I absolutely love this car. I haven’t had any major concerns with it. They have treated me like I’m worth 1 million bucks I’ve been dealing with Jordan. I think he’s the service manager on the Mercedes-Benz side. So professional just an amazing guy all the way around If I had any questions or anything concerning my vehicle, JORDAN has been 100% My go to Guy! My Check engine light came on in my car about three weeks ago. :( I own a code reader So I hooked it up and found out why the check engine light was coming on. Turns out to be my crank case ventilation valve. I called and spoke with Jordan told him that these codes were coming back. He informed me to bring it in They would hook it up made sure the same codes were being red and then they would go ahead and fix the car at no cost to me. Now I did not buy a warranty with this vehicle and because of its age it did not come with a warranty. but Mercedes-Benz are amazing when it comes to their parts. if they know, they have a faulty part on their vehicles they go ahead and put a warranty on it! My car had probably over $1000 worth of work done to it, and I was not reliable for that. The part was covered. Jordan even Put me in a courtesy Vehicle for the day a brand new 2026 c300. I brought it in about 9 o’clock in the morning by 11:30. They were letting me know that my vehicle was done and I could come back and pick it up again. Treated me like royalty and no cost to me at all! I recommend This dealership they have all been very friendly respectful, and go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. I will never shop anywhere Other than Vin Devers Autohaus of Sylvania!!!! My next 10 Mercedes will come from them! Thank you Vin Devers Autohaus of Sylvania!!

Also appreciated the I.T guy Gabe he throughly walked me through how to operate my vehicle, hooked my phone up to my car, added the app to my phone before even leaving the driveway.
