This company is a scam! They took my money and gave me the vin number of a completely different vehicle. They wont return phone calls or emails. Do not use this company unless you want your money taken and wrong information being given to you. These people are completely useless.

I don't know who are what this Vingurus company is and why they charged my credit card. I never ordered any report from them. I was able to speak with someone on the phone and she told me I have to check with my bank to get a refund because she couldn't help me.

Good luck ever getting in touch with these people, they don’t return emails or answer their phones, I’ve been on hold for 27 minutes now with loud annoying music blaring through the speaker. Don’t use their service online either, unless you want to be charged twice for 1 report and never reimbursed for the overcharge.

God save Vingurus!!! Guys saved me from buying that srap. Was planning to buy that hyundai from the auction and at the very last moment i checked the history report. The auction was trying to sell me the car which had 2 hidden accidents.Thanks Vingurus for saving my money and time.

told me we have no info on that vin.and that i wont be charged... so i got nothing . then i did get a charge! what a joke of a company.. be careful
