I would say this is the best auto repair experience I've ever had. They're super honest & trust-worthy which is not always the case in this business. Not to mention, they were very communicative, timely & organized. Donna at the front desk was my favorite :) but they're great people & great mechanics. You can tell they care about their customers. We came in w/ a complex problem & they got us on the schedule right away. Convenient after hours drop off. At first they weren't able to reproduce the problem. They called & let me know they weren't confident what it was & they didn't want to guess, but that they would continue trying. They spent several hours, just diagnosing it w/o charging me & eventually reproduced it. They called me back that same day like "We figured it out! Here's what it is. Now we're really confident" I was just really impressed that they took the extra time to figure it out, as opposed to selling me the thing they were ~50% confident in & having it break again (which would have been an easier / more profitable path for them). But they did it right. I'd highly recommend. And I'll definitely be back. Give them a shot!

As I sat on the side of the road in NC awaiting a tow truck for my totaled car, I called Shamit. My last 2 cars over a 15 year period had been from Vipre. I wouldn't get another one anywhere else. The service is great. The advice is great. I've loved all 3 cars---even the wrecked one. I've recommended Vipre to friends & family who have had the same great experience.

This is an update to my review from below. The tally on cars purchased from Vipre is now up to nine (seven for my wife and me, two for our daughter) since our first back in 1999. In addition, we have recommended Vipre to friends and family; they have bought another 10 or so. Everyone of them have told us that Shamit is "wonderful" or "the best" or "just a joy to work with". My wife and I couldn't agree more. We just drove off in our latest, an Audi Q5, and it is impeccable. Shamit has become a friend over the years. You can not to better than buying a vehicle from Vipre. My wife and I have purchased six cars from Shamit and his team over the past nearly 20 years. And have always brought our cars to him when they needed service. Incomparable service. Fair, honest, and delivered with a smile. You cannot go wrong with Vipre.
