I had a anti theft problem with my 2008 Equinox. I'm a mechanic but those problems have to be handled by the dealer. I tried everything to re-program the keys but no luck. I took the vehicle to Vision Automobile and dealt with Antoine. He was very professional and helped me with my problem. It turned out to be an aftermarket auto start that was causing the bulk of the problem. It never worked for me so I told Antoine to remove it. My car was repaired and works fine. Thank You Vision Automobile. 🙃

Buying a car is always anxiety-inducing, it is the 2nd most expensive purchase after a home, which of course is typically repeated more often than buying a home.. so it is natural to seek fair pricing and a quality txn with strong after-sales’ service … Also, I choose not to write many reviews, but fair is fair.. so here goes: In our case, we have been dealing with this dealer ‘group’ since 2012, and it is our 4th purchase. We switched in 2012, because of poor dealer service elsewhere, and have stayed ever since specifically because of their very competent service … We started at Brossard Chev when they opened in 2012, and “followed” to Vision Chev this year, after Brossard Chev closed & merged operations with Vision Chev in Delson. Our current auto purchase was a thoroughly good experience 😊 The transaction started thanks to outstanding Service Manager Richard Pinard, who went “above and beyond” with two unexpected back-to-back problems with our previous vehicle, difficult to pin down, being that they were intermittent. Richard introduced us to Sandra Beauregard (F&I), with whom we dealt extensively. Young and enthusiastic, exceptionally personable, Sandra was a joy to work with. Nick Litinas was our sales rep, who we had known for almost a decade at Brossard Chev, but with whom this would become our first purchase experience. Nick’s practical knowledge and experience was evident.. We were able to acquire our desired vehicle, with the equipment we hoped for, and conveniently it was in inventory at the very dealer… that made everything very quick, prep was done perfectly, a couple of add-ons (TAG security and Diamond Kote nano-ceramic) were packaged competitively and applied, and we were set to go… We have just had the SUV for 2 days, and are extremely pleased overall…with the txn, the vehicle, and the expected continued maintenance care offered by Vision Chev!!

Been trying to get in touch with them to fix something on my Chevy pick-up. Automatic system always says there's no one to answer my call and to leave a message. Left a message and never been called back. Kept calling always to end up with the same result......... Is this dealer still open for business or what??

Have had a terrible experience, we reserved 2 cars with this organization and after 6 calls and 3 voicemails they have still not given us back our deposit.. I do not recommend!! The salesman was Jean Francois Malette. 4 of the calls and 2 voicemails mails were left at Chevrolet Brossard, 2 of the calls and one of the voicemails were left at your location.
