She was very easy to talk to and was not your typical pushy sales associate. If you are looking for something specific, she is your girl! Management should be proud to have her on the team. Boady Casagrande was great to work with. I felt comfortable the entire time rather than pushed. He was an excellent Salesman to work with. While waiting for the paperwork I was approached numerous times by employees who offered me beverages and made sure I was comfortable as well as reiterating that they are close by if I have any questions or needs. Tristin helped us buy our dream family car recently. He was friendly, honest, and personable from the start. He sent updates while waiting for the car to come in, and called a couple days after the purchase to check in. He walked me through each and every feature of the new car like he’d read the manual front to back. We walked away feeling like we got a great deal for our trade-in and got everything we wanted in our new car. Tyler in financing was also very friendly and helpful, too. I even sent my parents to Tristin to buy a used vehicle! We had a great experience compared to our last one at another dealership.
