I had my service done at Viti Mercedes, and the entire experience was incredibly seamless. They offered free pickup/ drop-off from my location, which made everything so easy. My service manager, Jonathan, was fantastic, he kept me updated throughout the process and always called me back within minutes if I missed him. They picked up my car at my work exactly when they said they would, provided a clean loaner overnight, and returned my car the next day in great condition and freshly cleaned. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and I truly have no complaints. Highly recommend!

Called the service center to discuss an alert I continued to experience at startup. Brought the car in the next day and received a loaner as agreed. The alert was diagnosed and resolved with a software update. Work was performed under warranty and car was ready for pickup the next day. Another excellent experience at Viti Mercedes.
