Amazing expierence. Pablo was great extremely good vibe guy, not pushy very accommodating, patient, and polite. Went in to look at Colorados he was very knowledgeable and showed us 3 different trucks/trims and in the end we told him we wanted to see other dealerships, they completely understood and simply stated, "if you find a better deal all we ask is to give us an opportunity to match it." 100% that's what convinced me I wanted to work with them. After visiting several dealerships and having some not-so-great experiences, working with Ulises was honestly refreshing. We also had the opportunity to speak with Sales Manager Hedder Lopez, who was professional, attentive, and made sure all of our questions were answered. It’s clear that customer service is a priority for their team. Although we ultimately decided not to move forward at this moment, we truly appreciated the transparency and respect we were given throughout the process. For starters. When I dropped off my truck.and i walked to the main building there were 2 chevy employees cursing at each other. In the main office. Dropping F bombs at one another When my truck was done I was checking out the engine cleaning I paid for. That was not a such a good they did. Then I had to wait another 15 minutes because they forgot to wash my truck. The person who helped me mike he did a good job. But the over all experience at viva not so good.

Pablo Robles and Hedder Lopez were nothing short of AMAZING in the customer service they provide. They are great at understanding what you need and come through with a solution. They went above and beyond in the purchase of my 2026 Chevy Tahoe!!! 100% Recommend working with them!
