During a phone conversation with a sales representative regarding a used vehicle, I was assured that the truck was in good condition and free from any issues. However, upon visiting the vehicle after a four-hour drive, I discovered several concerning defects. The tires were excessively worn, multiple door dings were present, and an unmanufactured backup alarm was installed when in reverse gear. I requested to speak with the sales manager, Joeed Salais, as the condition of the truck did not align with the information provided. I expressed my desire to negotiate the price of the vehicle. Unfortunately, Joeed Salais’s demeanor was unprofessional and rude. He was unwilling to engage in any negotiation and I ultimately concluded that the vehicle was not worth the investment. Furthermore, Joeed Salais attempted to belittle my elderly father and me by suggesting that we apologize for wasting his time and the sales associate’s time. He also implied that if we desired better tires, we should purchase a new truck, which is precisely what I did at a different dealership (as evidenced by the accompanying photograph) that treated me with the upmost respect, professionalism, integrity, and willing to earn my business. Joeed Salais’s conduct failed to meet any standards of professionalism. I strongly advise against purchasing a vehicle through this management and will not recommend this dealership to anyone seeking a vehicle.

This was the worst car-buying experience I’ve ever had, and I deeply regret going to Viva Dodge. I would never return, and I strongly recommend that anyone considering buying a vehicle there think twice. I purchased a hybrid vehicle from them, only to later find out that the EV battery needs to be replaced — a repair that will cost me roughly $10,000. Mitsubishi later told me their records showed the battery had already been experiencing natural degradation, which makes me believe the dealership should have known about the issue before selling the vehicle. They still sold it to me at full price without disclosing any of this. At the time, I had a newborn baby and a toddler, and we had already been searching for a larger vehicle for quite a while. I was under a lot of pressure and trusted the dealership to be honest with me. The salesperson, Steven, seemed interested only in making the sale, not whether the vehicle was reliable. He no longer works there, but when I later contacted management about the issue, I was treated terribly. After speaking with a representative named Christina, who repeatedly talked to other people during our conversation and showed very little concern for my situation, I finally spoke with a manager — only to be told this was somehow my fault for buying the car. To make matters worse, the vehicle was advertised online for around $14,000, but when we sat down to purchase it, the price suddenly became to $18,000. Looking back, it feels even worse knowing they may have been selling a vehicle with major battery issues the entire time. The only Mitsubishi-certified service center that can work on the battery is in Phoenix, Arizona, creating even more expense and stress for my family. I also wrote a letter to the corporate office and never received any response. Overall, I felt completely dismissed and taken advantage of throughout this process. In my experience, once the sale was made, nobody cared about helping resolve the problem. I will never do business with Viva Dodge again.

The people that work here are lazy, there is no customer service, sales people wearing headphones so they can act like they don't see you. I wanted to buy a new truck today here in my own town but I guess I will have to go to El paso and buy one at least the customer service is better there than here. I would not waste you're time going to this dealership unless you want to be ignored.

From the moment I walked in, she was very professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle! Julissa took the time to listen to what I was looking for, answered all my questions honestly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.What really stood out was her patience and knowledge. She explained the features of the vehicles clearly, helped me compare options, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. There was absolutely no pressure, just great customer service and a willingness to go the extra mile.

Bought a used car January 2026 and this dealership has given me nothing but headaches and the run around anytime I had questions or issues. Say they’ll look into it and I hardly will hear back from them. Despite repeatedly following up with them, now they’re telling me I’ve owned the vehicle too long for them to assist with my issues. That wouldn’t be the case if they’d resolved it the first time it was mentioned. Save yourself the headache & hassle
