Just bought a certified pre-owned car for a new driver in the house. Entire process was up front and seamless. Cost was fair, amazing APR% and great communication. This was the 4th used car purchased in about 3 years for us and the overall service and experience were the best. Excellent Customer Service! Five stars all the way! I needed a car key repaired and the service was absolutely top-notch from start to finish. Phenomenal experience getting my 26 tiguan r-line turbo, first lease for me and Aliyah Sousa was excellent, laid-back and took care of everything. Unfortunately 700miles in had a turbo failure but alas nothing lasts forever. 10/10 will always recommend the great crew at Danbury VW.

Generally I don’t particularly like getting my car serviced because of the wait. However, VW has the nicest waiting area - coffee, snacks (gluten free), a quiet seating area. Then they send you a link to the progress of your vehicle’s maintenance. Staff is friendly and accommodated my schedule by squeezing in my appointment. Very impressed with the cleanliness, friendliness and professionalism.

Eric and the service team at VW Danbury were very helpful. I was driving through Danbury when my VW Tiguan experienced a major issue. I was 1400 miles into a 1900 mile road trip and needed emergency service. Eric was able to get my car in quickly and get it serviced to get me back on the road. I picked the car up a few days later (there were extensive repairs to complete) and completed the drive with no further issues. I would recommend the VW Danbury team for any service needs on your VW.
