Bought a 2025 Golf R Black Edition and honestly my experience has been great. What stood out the most to me was the service team. Everyone has always been helpful, respectful, and ready to do what they can to help. You can really feel that they move mountains to make clients happy. Obviously people should still have realistic expectations, because not everything can happen instantly, but the effort and care is there. I’m very happy with the car and with the way I’ve been treated overall.
