# Summary The dealership receives mixed reviews, with customers praising individual sales representatives for attentiveness and genuine care, while others report significant frustrations with poor communication, unresponsive finance staff, and disorganization during complex transactions. Several patrons highlight stark contrasts in service quality depending on which department they interact with, ranging from exceptional to deeply disappointing experiences.

I had THE best experience getting my Taos with Riyad. He was attentive to my needs, asked pertinent questions to meet those needs as best he could, and genuinely listened to the questions I had- it never felt like I was a bother. The entire process felt very simple and not forced nor transactional! My husband was also equally impressed and touched by everyones generosity that he also began servicing his Volkswagen at the St-Laurent location. I am beyond pleased with the whole process and am absolutely loving my new SUV.

We came to service our cars here after very poor customer service at vw Arbour laval. Words cannot describe the difference. Wow Customer service, I must say on point. They take the time to listen and take care of their customers. Truly thank you for the awesome service. You have gained 2 loyal customers.

I recently went through a buyback and vente d'accommodation to enter a new lease, a process that should be straightforward, but wasn't, due to poor communication and a general lack of care from the team. The Renewals Director was the person I dealt with across my three visits to the dealership. Each time, it was clear he had no interest in making the process work. For someone in sales, he showed a complete absence of initiative or willingness to help move things forward. The Finance Director was even more frustrating to deal with. She was nearly impossible to reach during the day, then would call at the last minute with information I had been waiting for hours. When she did reach out, it was clear she hadn't been briefed on my file, she had no idea what the transaction involved. Critical documents and requirements were only communicated to me at the eleventh hour, creating unnecessary stress and delays. To make matters worse: the dealership required me to provide a certified cheque for my purchase. I explicitly asked her whether the dealership would do the same when buying my car back. She confirmed they always issue certified cheques. They didn't. I received a regular cheque and am now dealing with a 7-day hold on my funds. A direct misrepresentation with real financial consequences. These aren't isolated issues, they reflect a broader culture of disorganization, poor communication, and a lack of accountability. After this experience, I won't be returning. There are dealerships that actually value their clients' time and keep their word.

three starts only because the sales rep olivier was so amazing and kind! overall not a pleasant experience, first of all the receptionist is extremely rude and hung up on me multiple times, even raised her voice. while the sales reps are all very nice, the people doing the finances are not. but the biggest problem was communicating, i was unable to reach the financial advisor assigned to me every single time i called (she only starts working at 5pm and would only call me late at night when im with my family and cannot answer), when they switched me to another person communication was equally difficult as i had to call repeatedly just to have them answer once. if we hadn’t put down a deposit i would have walked away from the sale, it felt like they didn’t care if we bought the car or not.

I am not one to share bad reviews for fun, but feel others should be made aware so I can't stay silent. If you aim for the worse possible experience in history, this is the place to do business. I would recommend avoiding at all costs.
