I took my Golf GTI to VW North Bay for warranty work and later for a winter tire swap and storage. Both times, I had a good experience. Shanna Marie, the service advisor, was very helpful and took the time to listen to my concerns. The service was smooth and professional. I would recommend their service department.

Took my car in for its first oil change since purchasing and asked them to check a few issues. They provided shuttle service to/from work and kept me updated with status of my car. Issues were covered under warranty and the staff (shop manager, desk staff, shuttle driver) were all extremely kind. Im new to the VW family and have say… my experience so far has been great and I highly recommend.
