Great experience at VW North Scottsdale! Nick made the entire process very quick and easy. Traded in my Tiguan for a new one and he showed me all of the upgraded features while having me in and out in just a couple hours. Aydin was a great help in getting me to a number I was comfortable with.

Between Tom having all the papers ready to sign, and Jesse running me through all the features that the Jetta had, I drove off feeling like I had a trusted co-pilot on this new journey. I even got a call from Jesse the next day asking how I was enjoying the car, and if I had any questions. My car was a used certified vehicle, and with the warranty I received, I felt like I was driving off with a new car. I highly recommend this dealership. It was the easiest car buying experience that I have ever had.

I just wanted to say thank you so much to Christian for all the help with my Jetta. I really appreciated the promptness, professionalism, and how personable and genuine the experience was. I came in about 20 minutes before closing last week with several dashboard lights on, and Christian immediately stepped in to help. He took down all my information, pulled around a rental, and walked me through everything—all within that short time—and never once made me feel rushed. It was such a positive experience. What stood out most was the thoroughness and honesty in explaining what actually needed to be fixed, along with offering more affordable alternatives—that truly meant a lot to me. I was very impressed overall and will definitely be recommending Christian to others. I’ll also be returning for any future issues. Highly recommend!

Service dept is awesome. Got a next day appt by scheduling online. Came in with a check engine light, they fixed it quick and identified (+ fixed) another issue as well. Everything was covered under warranty but they still reached out to confirm moving forward with service. They send you videos of everything they’re performing service on, give you an update on tire treads, fluid levels etc. Top tier service team, the best in town for sure. John was incredibly helpful and communicative. 5 stars
