I came in for a simple oil change and was disappointed by the professionalism of the staff. While waiting, I could clearly hear employees loudly cursing and talking negatively about coworkers. They were also making comments about a customer’s car smelling bad, loud enough for people in the waiting area to hear. Regardless of how they feel, customers should not be subjected to that kind of conversation. The service itself was fine, but the atmosphere and lack of professionalism made for an uncomfortable experience.

Brooke with the front desk or service had exceptional customer service and was able to get us in and out quickly. We are in the middle of a road trip with our two kids when our battery went bad after two inspections days prior at two different places in Amarillo. The service department as a whole was exceptional.

The lady at the main entrance has exceptional customer service skills. She smiles and looks so happy no matter what day you call or when you arrive in person. She is respectful and professional. If you interact with just her and your salesperson, it will be an outstanding experience!

I had a wonderful experience buying my first brand new car here! James, my salesman, was extremely transparent and patient during the entire process which I was super thankful for. I would highly recommend!!
