I had my Tiguan in for a service due to my engine were not working. They solved and repaired the issue in one day. I feel they were honest with the repair and diagnosis of other issue I need to address. The Serra family seem to have it right when it comes to operating dealerships.

Went in for an oil change in completely expected. I brakes needed to be worked on based on previous inspection very pleased with the service no way I was treated but highly recommend a special shout out to Owen.

Overpriced and Misleading Diagnosis: Get a Second Opinion I brought my 2010 Tiguan to this dealership due to performance issues and was quoted nearly $3,000 for multiple repairs, including several “leaks” that were presented as urgent. Before moving forward, I decided to get a second opinion. Another mechanic diagnosed the actual issue as spark plugs and ignition coils and completed the repair for a fraction of the cost. My vehicle is now running significantly better, with none of the major concerns I was warned about. This experience was extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns about how repairs are diagnosed and recommended here. At best, this was an unnecessary upsell. At worst, it was a major misdiagnosis. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any high-cost repairs from this dealership.
