Took the car in for a transmission fluid change. They performed their standard inspection, left the break fluid cap off, left the cabin vent tube disconnected, forgot to reinstall the battery cover, and left all of the surrounding wires unmounted. I have zero confidence that transmission fluid was replaced. Will never conduct business with this shop ever again. The shop hasn't bothered to return my emails or the $700 for the transmission change.
Minus 5 stars! Awful place for service. Stay far, far away! My daughter bought a new, top of the line Atlas in Nov. '24 and added a 3yr service package. So, the car is 1 & half yrs-old and has 12K mi. They didn't want to honor the 10K mi oil change and inspection, wasted the 20K mi one, refused to rotate the tires AND, WORST OF ALL, they claimed that there's an oil leak (there has never been a single drop of oil where she parks) and that the warranty wouldn't cover finding where the problem is. I'm extremely concerned that they might've damaged her engine so that they can do the "repair" and if so, they'd be looking at a hefty law suit. To top it off (pun intended), they state that they top off fluids. I opened the hood right there and the windshield washer fluid reservoir was almost empty. I asked a mechanic passing by and he filled it up, but the "service" advisor quickly came out, I guess afraid the mechanic might confirm there's no oil leak. Obviously, I don't even trust they changed the oil nor the filters (cabin was due). Watch them post that I'm supposed to contact them to make it right and demand 5-stars on Google... Ha!
BAD EXPERIENCE!. The people in the parts department were cool but..... Less than 30 days ago I needed a car, so I went to Volkswagen, for pre used car. The salesperson told me it was a certified pre owned car and that all the cars here go through rigorous testing before they're allowed on the lot. It has been less than 30 days and the check engine light came on. I was told they would pay for it and to bring it in. Once they diagnosed it, they have told me that they will not be paying to fix it, not even 30 days later, and the car has a problem. Don't buy from here. They will not take care of you. They are not your friends. BAD BUISNESS!!!!
Five stars isn’t enough for the level of care I've received here. It's rare to feel like a sales team actually has your best interests in mind — but that is undoubtedly what I experienced with Volkswagen Kirkland. From the moment I walked in, I felt supported. Chris did an excellent job making the entire experience welcoming and stress-free. He answered every question honestly and showed me multiple options without pushing me into any of them. Tommy was also incredibly helpful, and went well out of his way to find THE perfect car that met my goals and stayed within my budget. I went to several dealerships before making my way to this one and can easily say that I wouldn’t want to do business anywhere else. Exceptional customer service, genuinely good people (shout out to all of the 12s here — go Hawks!), and top-tier cars. Overall, I cannot recommend this dealership enough. To anyone looking for a positive and trustworthy car-buying experience, this is the place!
David Lei was great to work with and made buying my new Taos a pleasure. He took the time to understand what criteria was driving my purchase decision and reminded me during the process, which greatly reduced the time it would take narrowing down my options. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles and patient. Thank you David. I absolutely LOVE my new car!
