After having my atlas for 17 days (waiting for 1 part), Bret the advisor not listening to the issue and talking over me when it was towed in for service, went to pick up the vehicle almost 3 weeks later and the dashboard was still lit up like a Christmas tree! They went and “test drove” the vehicle, and less than 3 mins later come back into the lobby and said “good news the lights are off” um excuse me? The service manager was no where to be found, the advisor came back in and said “are you sure you need to talk to Francis, we have to go pick him up if you want to talk to him” This cannot be real life. This place, the techs, the advisors, and the managers are all incompetent. Please just go to a different Volkswagen that will take care of your issues so you aren’t dealing with an 800 customer care number Edited 2 days later - every single light that I towed my vehicle in for came back on. That’s 17 days and over a thousand dollars later(not all out of my pocket), with my warranty company providing the part because Volkswagen’s was “on back order and they can see shipping in the US and Canada and a steering rack was not seen being shipped anywhere in those 2 countries”.

I had one of the easiest experiences ever in leasing a car. This was my first time at this dealership and wow was I impressed with the kindness, appreciative and professionalism of the staff. Cameron our salesman was truly awesome, Chris the general manager and Mike in the finance department was fantastic. Everything was explained thoroughly and took less than 2 hours from start to finish. I have never owned or leased a Volkswagen and I am so happy I chose this brand & this dealership. I highly recommend anyone car shopping to stop by and take a look, you won’t be disappointed.

Buying our Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from Volkswagen of Moon Township was a truly, truly great experience. From the moment we walked in to the day we picked up the Jeep, we couldn’t have been happier. Our first contact was with Leslie. He helped us set up a time to come in to look at the car. Upon arrival, we were met by Jagger, one of the sales staff. He took us for a test drive, and after that, we met Chris, one of the sales managers who helped us with financing. The only “hiccup” was getting the title. That took a little longer, but this wasn’t the fault of the dealer. We were so happy when we picked up the Jeep to find it had a full tank of gas, the entire owner’s manual, and it had been thoroughly detailed, inside and out! It was a totally nice experience. We can’t say enough good things about Leslie, Jagger, Chris, and the gentleman (can’t remember his name!) in the finance department. We had A LOT of good laughs with him, while getting the final details done. If you are looking for a car, do consider stopping by this dealership. They truly do go out of their way to make you feel that you’re a valued customer…and not just a number!
