I had a very good experience at Valenti VW of Mystic while purchasing my beautiful 2015 GTI. The vehicle is a true unicorn in its condition and sub 30k miles. The vehicle was given a thorough service before purchase. The salesman Peter, the finance person Phil (The Canadian) Dugas, and the owner Danny took good care of me during the process. I had a wonderful car shopping experience at Valenti VW in Mystic! Obsessed with my new car, I’ve gotten three massages today already just sitting in my drivers seat :) My salesperson Simmone went through every single detail and function of the vehicle to make sure I was ready to maximize the incredible features in my 2026 Tiguan R-Line Turbo. We had so much fun! Phil the Canadian was an absolute rockstar in the finance office and made the signing process super easy, and the monthly payment and rate I was approved for blew my expectations out of the water. Danny, sales manager, Phil and Simmone all inspected the vehicle to ensure it was detailed to perfection and I couldn’t be happier, not just with my vehicle, but with the genuine care, kindness and respect I received as a new VW customer. We had a fantastic experience at Valenti Volkswagen of Mystic purchasing a vehicle for (and with) our soon to be 19 year old daughter. While we were certainly not thrilled about having to make an unexpected vehicle purchase (due to the fact that our 2012 vehicle that we handed down to her was in need of an expensive and unjustifiable repair), the staff at the Mystic Volkswagen Dealership made the process quick and painless. Peter, our sales rep, was very knowledgeable and super helpful, and he answered our many questions. (I’ve never owned a Volkswagen before.) After test driving 3 certified pre-owned vehicles that were on the lot in Mystic, and trying to decide between a Taos or Jetta, Peter went to the Old Saybrook location to pick up up a vehicle that he thought would be perfect for her and would “check all the boxes” for all of us, and it did. We purchased a 2020 certified pre-owned Jetta- R line. With Peter’s help and expertise, we were able to find a perfect car for our daughter that fit our budget and her's. Danny, the manager was also very helpful in the process as well, especially with the communication regarding our trade-in value. When it came to the actual purchasing and financing, Phil “The Canadian” was so very helpful as well. He found us a great interest rate with only a one or two “dings” to my credit report. This was our daughter’s first time applying for financing and purchasing a car, and Phil took the time to explain everything in detail to her (but not too much detail-lol.) I highly recommend this dealership. The staff is very genuine and super helpful.
