I had been searching for a vehicle for almost 2 months. Decided to check out a used vehicle at VW Nanuet. Tony was great, very laid back and knew his stuff. He provided a lot of helpful information so I could make the right decision for me. I didn’t feel pressured at all. Tony asked me what I needed and once I told him, he provided me great options to fit. Ended up leaving with an 2025 Jetta that fit my needs. Even right after I bought my car and noticed a small scratch right after pulling off, he and his manager Colin took care of it. Great customer service. They went above and beyond! No hassle. I recently had a great experience here! I dropped off my car that needed work done and there was a lot wrong with it. They told me 1-2 days, and as it approached my day to go to work, they offered to drop off my car, fill my gas, and gave me a discount because they were a little late. I thought this was amazing service as my work is far from Nanuet! The only thing I would say is there were some times during the workday that they did not pick up the phone and it would go to voicemail. Otherwise I am grateful.
