Donny helped us find a wonderful car for my growing family! I’m serious, I’m pregnant and not super comfortable and he carried over a comfy chair just so I could be more comfortable (small but very thoughtful). I bought a used Atlas in April, and transferred my existing plates over to it. The dealership made a financial error during our transaction which resulted in me to not be able to renew my registration in May. Once I notified the dealership of their error, my customer rep Franklin went above and beyond to help fix and even overnighted temp plates on the weekend so I could continue using the car. Pretty unfortunate and inconvenient mistake, but great customer service to address it. Really appreciate Franklin’s thoroughness and communication around getting the issue resolved. He turned what could have been a 1 star review into a positive one.
