Living in Sooke, I did most of the deal over the phone with Richard (Sales Manager) and Troy (Sales Rep), who wete fantastic to deal with and made the process seamless. ​When I arrived at the dealership, I worked with Troy. Even though I had already test-driven the model elsewhere, Troy insisted we take my specific car for a spin to ensure I was 100% happy with it before signing—a level of thoroughness I really appreciated. In the finance office, Koko was friendly, professional, and helped me find a protection package that gave me total peace of mind for the life of my loan. ​The highlight of the trip, however, was how they handled a minor 'blip.' We noticed an issue with the door unlock button being misaligned. The General Manager (I think that's who it was & I forgethis name) stepped in immediately. He told me flat out that he wouldn't let me drive off in a 'broken' car and was prepared to pull a part from another new vehicle on the lot or even swap the entire car to make it right. They fixed it on the spot. ​That moment of integrity turned a small concern into total confidence. I had the pleasure of working with Winnie when I was looking to buy an electric Volkswagen buzz van. I couldn’t find one anywhere that was seven seater, but Winnie had one for me!! to say she was pleasant as an understatement as she was a JOY ! She kept me relaxed and calm answered every single single question that I had she’s a really smart girl and knows her stuff. I waited to give a review because everybody can be helpful when they are a sales person, but I had a piece break on my car a water bottle holder so I wanted to see how that went. Well, it was fine even though it wasn’t under warranty the service department fixed it. Winnie was going to help me if they were unable to fix it. Plus she ordered me an adapter for my buzz so I can use it on the Tesla chargers. This was after the sale!! She had no pressure to do anything yet offered me this great bonus. The coffee is really good there and the staff is amazing. I’m giving them a five star review. I don’t normally like car dealers so this is a big deal for me. I would go there just to visit Winnie.!!
