Amazing car buying experience! Went in with the mentality of just looking and came out with a new car. Dioel and Danny were great and quick with the whole process. Very knowledgeable and professional which made our decision easier when we ultimately gave in and decided we weren’t looking but getting a new car. My wife and I are very pleased with the experience.

READ ALL FINANCE DOCUMENTS!!!!! I want to start by saying that Alejandro(salesman) was amazing. Hes Exactly what you want in a sales person, found the exact car my wife wanted, and showed us the features in like 30 min including the test drive. Once I agreed on a payment ammount and final price of the vehicle, which was $43k out the door, I head to the finance lady and she asks if we want to add gap for $790 and we say yes. She tells me what my payments will be and then sends me all the forms electronically for me to sign. When I review the contract I see that the finance ammount is $52k instead of $43k. When I asked why the finance ammount is $52k instead of $43k she told me thats the bank dont worry about that just worry about the monthly payment. When I asked to see what made the figures jump she just said thats a "bank package" that they add to the loan. And that I needed all those add ons to get approved. But as soon as I said I wasn't going to pay that then the fees came off, but now the gap was $2k instead of $790. In the end I ended up financing $45k. A difference of $7k !!!!!!! It just felt like I was getting scammed. And God knows how many people have added on fees that they dont need or want. So please read the contracts and make sure the ammount financed is what you agreed upon.

Andres in the finance department is fantastic. He goes above and beyond for his customers and truly wants to help. He made it possible to us to leave with a new car and we are so thankful. Our sales rep Gerado was great too! He took his time to help us find the car that we love. He had a lot of patience and spoke with a caring tone. Navarro & Miguel were super helpful and informative. When I first walked in I was afraid that I was going to be ignored due to my wearing sweat pants and an oversized jacket despite my appearance they welcomed me with open arms and helped me find the perfect car for my family.
