THIS DEALERSHIP IS HORRIBLE! Bpught a vehicle for 68k a month and a half ago. AWD vehicle with mismatched tires! That could lead to transmission and drive train issues! On top of that the car was advertised to have lane keep assist, forward collision warning, and adaptive cruise control. All that do not work! I have tried to call and everyone says they can not help with that and they would have someone call me back. A week and a half later and still no call. BUT WAIT THERES MORE! I was told this car was like new. If you look at the pictures and see all the touch up spots, masking lines and hidden rust spots you can tell it definitely is not! I would never recommend this dealer to anyone! A month and a half into owning it and I already put 2k into repairs and maintenance. They got the sale and that's all they care about! If you have issues they just ignore you! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

I just purchased a bmw 3 series from here. Everything was smooth from start to finish. I did a couple test drives had a ton of questions and I was still out of there fast. The sales rep Zach Johnson was amazing. He knew his stuff, was very personable and easy to work with. Mike Macerelli finished all the paper work and financing off and made everything even faster and easier somehow. I highly recommend the location and these two guys specifically. I’ll be back for sure. Side note I’m a veteran and they went above and beyond for me. If you’re a vet stop for sure! Thanks again guys

Savannah was such a pleasure to work with. I went in interested in a Jetta GLI and Jetta SE. There was no pressure at all during the process and that’s something I look forward to when searching for a new car. I was always against a lease, but she explained it in such a simple manner that I actually was convinced to do a lease! Anyway, I love my new car so much and couldn’t be happier. If you’re buying a car at VW of Streetsboro, ask for Gabby—she’s the only saleswoman there, and she’s probably outselling all the men. Her knowledge of the vehicles and the buying process is second to none, and her customer service is outstanding. Gabby is always on top of her game, goes above and beyond for her customers, and makes the entire experience smooth and stress-free. If you want someone who genuinely cares and will work hard for you, Gabby is the person to see. Highly recommended!

Test drove the vehicle, was what I wanted and the paperwork portion was less than an hour. No high pressure, but I went in knowing what I wanted. I should not have rated the review so quickly. They added a Protection Package automatically to the vehicle with no option to remove it for $999. Then the prep of the vehicle prior to giving it to me could have been better, parts were left inside the vehicle and some touchups on the exterior should have been performed better. After three days I still had not received any of the documentation that I signed when purchasing the vehicle. I had to call back again to get them to send me that. During the signing of the documents, I requested the email to be corrected. Email was being sent to another address they had. Not sure how they connected the other email to my account, but it was a different person. I knew the other person, and they started receiving email from the dealer to come in and look at the cars on the lot. Their Customer Service Call Center has a lot to be desired. Finally received the documents, but had to push on them to receive.
