Volkswagen of Warner Robins

This placed saved us today! Let me explain… My family and i were travelling back to Canada from Florida on interstate 75 when a tire blew out. We found ourselves in a scary situation being on the side of a busy highway and unsure how we were going to continue on. Luckily we had roadside assistance, so AAA came to put on our spare tire (yes, i called AAA instead of doing it myself). But the spare of course wont take us 1200 miles home. We needed a new tire asap! So we called several tire shops in the closest town, but nobody could provide the correct tire until the next day. The closest VW dealership was 80 miles away but we called them anyways hoping for the best. Oh my goodness, they helped us more than i can explain. They were able to pick up a tire within an hour. They closed at 6pm and we arrived at 5:55pm and they stayed open later just for us!! Joshua and Shawn and the mechanic (with shaved head and muscular) are amazing humans and my family are so grateful for them. Incredibly friendly, respectful and understanding. They are HEROES!

This was hands down the BEST experience I’ve ever had at a dealership! I’ve had so many car and trust issues with dealerships in the past, but Ken, my salesman and his team were absolutely phenomenal. They made the process so easy and were very upfront and honest about the numbers, which is the most important part to me. Ken made the experience even better and if I ever need a car again, he is the person I’d go to!

I had the most pleasing first experience here in the service department today at this particular VW. I came to get an overdue oil change. I was greeted at my car door. Everyone was friendly. Josh was the advisor helping me. We briefly spoke about price on the way to the waiting room but no hassling or selling. I felt like they were there and open just for me but once in the waiting room I seen only 2 other people waiting for vehicles. Honestly I’d consider it relaxing if you added a pedicure while I wait. Jk jk or am I? No but really keep up the good work ya’ll.

Shout out to Morris D. I drove from Columbus Ga to purchase my truck which is close to a 2 hour dr. Morris Dunbar, the salesperson who i dealt with was extremely communicable throughout the process. He was very accommodating and worked diligently to make my vehicle purchasing experience outstanding. I will be returning to make any future purchases and refer anyone to VW of Warner Robins just because of him. Thanks again Morris!!
