Shoutout to Cedrick Friolet the best car dealer in Quebec! I drove all the way from Montreal to buy a car from him, and it was absolutely worth it. From the very first phone call, he always kept his word and was honest throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to make every step as convenient and easy as possible. He was extremely patient, answered all of my questions, and was always available when I called. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional car-buying experience. 100% recommended!

I bought a Nissan Rogue from these guys with a 3 year insurance and I was supposed to get my money back after 3 years. Well, it has been 3 years now and I have been waiting for 4 months for a cheque of 2000 CAD from these folks and I still have not received it. It is very simple but for some reason they still haven't been able to do send a cheque to my address. I am really unhappy with their client service. I do not recommend buying from them.

I called last week regarding a manual transmission Sportwagen 4motion that was new to their inventory. I spoke with Cedrick who send me some pictures that were not posted online. The vehicle looked perfect for my needs. It was available and just needed an inspection which they were to carry out, Cedrick would let me know. I chased Cedrick up the following Monday and never received a response. I was super busy yesterday, so only today hear the vehicle is no longer available. I was supposed to receive a follow up from Cedrick as to the post inspection result and subsequent availability of the car. It is obvious that VW St-Hyacinthe doesn't care to meet their customer's needs and follow through with their word. There is NO defending what this VW dealership has done and to say I am greatly disappointed is an understatement. I won't revisit VW St-Hyacinthe, recommend them or deal with them again. ZERO stars for terrible service!
