Volvo Cars Auburn

Patrick Volvo was great to deal with. Very low pressure and always helpful. We always dread car shopping, but Patrick Volvo was kind, quick, fully transparent, and easy to work with. We have been getting our current Volvo service there for quite sometime, and we just purchased a SUV from them. We will continue to go back to Patrick Volvo.

Concerning experience at this dealership. Beware of their used vehicles and service department. I purchased a 2019 XC60 with 30,000 miles. Salesman was nice, but fishy tactics at the dealership telling me the vehicle price would increase if I didn't finance through them. Salesman really understood that I wanted to buy through them as a trusted dealer. I also advocated that I was really interested in this specific vehicle because of its new brakes and tires, (work done before previous owner had traded in, not at dealership). After the hour drive home I texted the dealership because the brakes would squeak loudly without being applied. The dealership did a full inspection passing the brakes saying I was all good to go before selling the vehicle. I brought it into my local volvo dealership, assumed it was nothing to serious but was told the rear brakes absolutely needed to be replaced. I drove the car like this for a bit longer to see if they would wear in before I could get a second opinion. After bringing it to an independent volvo mechanic a month later they were extremely alarmed at the state of the brakes that were passed through the dealership on this car. The brakes were visibility out of sorts the complete wrong size for the car and the rotors loose and shaking on the car. It is alarming that a dealership would pass a vehicle through service, and inventory in this state and approve it as inspected in this condition, as a reputable and established business.

I had such an amazing experience at Patrick volvo in Auburn. I had the pleasure of working with Jake . Jake was chill, laid back easy going and took the time to show me the features of the Volvo xc90. Everything from start to.finish was smoothe and I took my.Xc90 home that same day. Thank you sooo much ! I am a customer for life and will be letting everyone know about Patrick Volvo in auburn Massachusetts!

Great experience at this car salon! The consultant Jon Miranda was extremely helpful and professional, especially with setting up my remote start. Everything was explained clearly, the process was quick, and I felt well taken care of. Highly recommend both the salon and the consultant!

I only have positive things to share about my experience the last two days. Purchased a Volvo xc 60 which was exactly what I was shopping for and the whole process was seamless from start to finish, despite being an out of state buyer. I was in and out in around one hour. Highly recommend Jon Miranda-he was professional, knew the in's and outs of Volvo models, was super personable, and overall I had one of the best sales experiences ever with him. When he passed me along to finance to wrap up, Igor Gama was also wonderful; professional, super engaging, and easy to work with. Overall, these guys were awesome and I love my new car!
