Customers praise the dealership's sales staff for their professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to work collaboratively on fair deals, with several highlighting exceptional service from specific team members. However, experiences vary significantly regarding post-purchase processes, with concerns raised about administrative delays in title and registration handling, insufficient pre-sale vehicle inspections, and inconsistent follow-up communication.
I have a lot to say, unfortunately, and I seriously wish I could leave a more positive review. On the positive, kudos to the sales person “Sasha” for being transparent and upfront with anything I asked and sending me plenty of info. But on the negative, it’s been a month since purchase and I still legally CANNOT drive my own car, their service department virtually did no used car inspection on it before resale, and communication is seriously lacking. So here we go: So out of the state (I am in CA), I found this phenomenal S60 T6 R design with them at the very start of April. I knew I wanted it, so I sold my new CX30 to carvana and made the deposit to hold it. After some back and forth, I get the documents mailed to me, which I sent back within 24 hours of receipt. Given that I’m active duty military, I chose to register the car in the state of my legal home of record (east coast). I completed the necessary DMV forms and sent them ALL in with the documents I returned to them, and my bank check. A week after pickup with a 3 day driving permit to make it home with the car, the bank tells me that the dealership improperly handled my check, and it had to be sent back to them for correction. I contacted Natasha in finance to address this. I was contacted back afterward being told that per the dealership financial institution, I needed a new check entirely, which I confirmed with the bank that I did not… after more back and forth, that was handled (2.5 weeks or so post deposit now). To make a long story short, my title was held without being sent to the state of SC along with my registration paperwork apparently, until that check situation was handled. Further delaying my ability to legally drive this car without a temporary plate. At this point, it’s been a month and I still have no update on if it’s even been sent to the dmv. The DMV told me they haven’t gotten anything yet, and I haven’t gotten a follow up from the dealership in a week. I’m frustrated and disappointed that a simple sight unseen deal has resulted in a situation like this because of the dealership improperly handling my check and titling documents at this point. Had I known this would happen, I would have never agreed to have my titling/registration paperwork handled via whatever company they pay to do so. When can I drive my car? Have my documents even made it to my registration state? Is my bank raising my interest late on my loan due to not receiving the car title in time? These are all questions I’m unfortunately asking right now. Finally, the dealership service department virtually did nothing to this car prior to saying it was good to be resold. Washer fluid was mostly empty, the 60,000 mile service wasn’t completed at all (spark plugs due, I just did them myself), cabin filter was COVERED in mold, etc… need I go on? Overall I’m just disappointed at the process AFTER agreeing to purchase the car, and in their service dept lacking so hard on simple services. For reference, I’m a prior Toyota & Nissan Assistant Service Manager.
We arrived at Bellevue Volvo with an 8 yr old high mileage Volvo with a number of issues- so the Service Dept went to work to determine what /how to fix these issues- we went walking in the lot to see what was available. Met up with Marc Eiler who listened and provided great options if we were interested in used and or new… we found a hybrid XC60 2024 ready to go… we liked the idea of driving a hybrid to assist in driving longer distances and minimizing gas. By the end of the day we determined that it was far smarter to go with the newer technology hybrid vs our gas Volvo. We appreciated the time and assistance Marc & the Volvo Team put into making our trade & new purchase a reality.
I recently purchased a Volvo from Saylah Meyers at Volvo Cars Bellevue and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Saylah was attentive, professional, and made the entire process feel straightforward and comfortable. She worked with me to reach a fair deal that I felt good about and was patient throughout negotiations without any pressure. What stood out most was her commitment after the sale was complete. She stayed late to ensure everything was finalized properly, and took the time to walk me through the vehicle so I could leave confident and fully set up. Overall, she made the car buying experience smooth and well supported. I highly recommend working with her.
We walked in to Bellevue Volvo and met Ali right away. Immediately I could tell he was not trying to push a sell. He was genuinely trying to help us find the best car at the best price. With his years of experience it was seamless. We had Nolan for our Finance Specialist who was incredibly knowledgeable and approachable. He even helped us with a few things we wouldn't have known to ask, just out of the kindness of his heart / his approach to the job. we also met the GM of the store who was also very approachable / answered questions. We were able to walk in that day, and take the car by the end of the day. Can't say better things about the entire team at Volvo of Bellevue! Thanks to everyone! we love the car! - Josh
Alex and the fiance manager we absolute pleasures to work with, they had answers for all my questions, and explained everything about the vehicle and warranty in an excellent way, they sold the car. My one complaint was the sales "manager" Aurello, the car had a dent on the rear bumper, which was remedied by the others in the department. But Aurello argued and was gaslighting both me and my girlfriend about the damage not being noticeable, when it clearly was. The situation was taken care of and I'm happy with my vehicle, but Aurello's attitude put a damper on what otherwise was a fantastic day.
