We had a great experience at Volvo Carlsbad thanks to Shahid Mauladad. He was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable, answering all of our questions and going out of his way to find answers when needed. Our goal was just to test drive, but Shahid introduced us to the C40, which ended up being a perfect fit for what we wanted. The car was so new it hadn’t even been registered yet and needed to be certified, but Shahid made the process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend working with him!

The overall vibe of the dealership also felt very aligned with Volvo’s Scandinavian roots: calm, clean, welcoming, and thoughtful without feeling overly flashy or high-pressure. After dealing with a lot of frustrating communication with other dealerships during our car search, Volvo Cars Carlsbad stood out in the best way. The whole team was cordial, transparent, and professional from start to finish. We’re very happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend them.

The buying experience was great!! Tiana was awesome!! She was personable, and always with a smile. She even drove to Ontario to pick up my car. The financing process was easy and quick. The service department definitely lost a star. My charging cable stopped working, when I went to pick up my car, they couldn’t find my key! Then when I got my car back I noticed that the 110V connections was there for my charging cable. I called the service department and was told that my cable doesn’t come with it and that I should really consider installing a 220V outlet for the car. Well first - the 110 connector did come with it and second I rent. So after a day of not hearing back about my 110 connector, I texted Tianna and she helped me out right away!! She was with customers when I arrived to pick up the connector so the manager came out with it. I was so excited and hugged Tianna!

Shahid is the absolute best. I found my dream car - he made absolute magic happen for me in a super competitive EV market, always with a smile. Michael is super sweet too and my husband had the best interaction with Johnson the sales manager. Great team overall, will keep coming back to this dealership for my future Volvo purchases!
