On my way to Danbury, Connecticut from New York City my engine light accompanied by a turtle symbol went on in my car. Needless to say I was a bit nervous driving the additional 35 miles to my destination, but the car made it. I was able to drive to the dealership in Danbury and when I pulled in, I told the service center rep, Kyle Brown, that I had no appointment and was visiting from out of town. I explained the engine light situation to him and he was so polite and receptive. Kyle was able to pull up all my information on the Volvo computer system. Within an hour, I knew that it was a relatively minor repair which they were able to do and within another hour I was out the door, repair completed and a freshly washed vehicle. The Danbury service center is the most pleasant service center I’ve been to in the tri-state area and I have been a Volvo customer for 25 years. Kyle was a consummate professional and made what could have been a tough situation easy. Highly recommend Volvo Cars Danbury.

I had an amazing and [more importantly] effortless car buying experience at Danbury Volvo. Carlo Juliano is personable, kind and thoughtful. I would say he went above and beyond for me but I got the impression that Amazing is typical for him. He picked me up at my house and within hours I was leaving with the exact car I wanted and my requests were honored. These cars LAST. The last car I purchased [2008 s40] came from this same dealership 17 Years ago, i bought it new and it now has 218K miles. Look around all you want, but once you're serious you'll find a healthy, plentiful inventory at Danbury and definitely ask for Carlo. 5 stars is really not enough. 10⭐️
