We have experienced exceptional service from ALL departments during our recent purchase of a vehicle. Our salesman, Andre, was welcoming, patient, and quick to provide answers to a multitude of questions. Kendra and Anna were equally as helpful and kind. The service here stood out and we had spent plenty of time in multiple dealerships before deciding on a Volvo.

This was my first time at Volvo Edmonton as I wanted to check out the new xc60 plug in hybrid. My experience was top notch from start to end. I stopped on a weekend and was quickly greeted by Nicolas. I explained why I stopped by and he was able to give me a great rundown of the vehicle. Absolutely fantastic to deal with and extremely knowledgeable. Over the following days I kept in touch with Nicolas to find an xc60 with the options I was looking for and he was able to find exactly what I wanted. He was always quick to respond and get back to me with any of my questions. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Kendra in finance was also a pleasure to deal with to wrap things up. Also very knowledgable and quick to respond to any questions. Absolute terrific. They all talk so highly of the entire dealership and coworkers. We recently visited Volvo of Edmonton to look at a 60XC. We were immediatly greated by Ahmed Warraich. He answered all of our questions and showed us the fabulous features that the Volvo has to offer. We were extremely impressed with Ahmed's knowledge of the vehicle and his friendly demeanor. He accommodated our every need, ensuring that our comfort was taken care of. Ahmed was very professional and helpful without being pushy and encouraged us to take our time and think about what our priorities in a vehicle are. We had come into the dealership with the intention of only taking a test drive of a Volvo, convinced that we really wanted an other luxury brand. After meeting with Ahmed and taking a test drive of the Volvo and anothrr luxury brand we quickly realized that we couldn't beat the service and helpfulness that we received from Ahmed! We are so glad we made the decision to buy the Volvo. True to his word, Ahmed checked in with us a few days after the purchase to see if we were still happy with the purchase and if we had any questions.
