Bashar badra and Diana were freaking awesome! They helped me so much thru this process of buying a brand new vehicle! They did everything they could for me to walk out with my new vehicle even in my horrible position. They were really nice, really understanding and great great people. I am happy with my purchase. Arley was a great sales person to work with on the purchase. He was prepared and listened to my request to not keep us in the dealership all day on our last day of vacation. Arley set up the Volvo app for me and made sure the ceramic coating was done quickly while we ran for a quick lunch. The finance person was personable and explained things without hard selling. I was pleased with the interactions I had that day. I would recommend the dealership and specifically, Arley.

I had a wonderful experience at the dealership service department. I brought my vehicle in for repairs using my extended warranty, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Jim was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure all of the warranty details were handled properly. I truly appreciated his professionalism and communication. A big thank you as well to the service technicians who worked on my vehicle. The repairs were completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. It’s clear there’s a strong team behind the scenes.

Diana was absolutely awesome. We took my test drive, she explained things that my new Volvo could do. We decided to buy the 2025 XC60. Of my gosh, she sat with me, got everything connected for GPS, Google, Amazon Prime if I wanted to watch a movie while parked. Her knowledge was incredible. I left her and felt so comfortable knowing my car. But, I had additional questions when I got home, Diana was there to help me. She still is there for me! Great great experience with her!!!!
