I’ve been a longtime customer of Volvo Cars Gilbert, and they have consistently taken excellent care of my Volvo vehicles over the years. They are trustworthy, dependable, and always provide service I can feel confident in. I’ve also purchased my last two Volvos (out of five) from this location, and each experience has been just as positive as the last. The team is incredibly helpful, stress-free to work with, kind, and accommodating in every way. They make both the sales and service process smooth, comfortable, and easy. It’s rare to find a dealership you can rely on year after year, but Volvo Cars Gilbert has truly earned my trust and loyalty. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding service and a great car-buying experience.

He answered all of our questions promptly and helped identify our highest priorities so he could pull up the best options for our needs. I recently survived a car accident where my Polestar (a Volvo product) literally saved my life. After that experience, I knew I could never trust my safety to any other brand. I spent over a week test-driving various vehicles and visiting multiple dealerships, but my experience at Volvo Cars Gilbert completely stood out. The dealership itself is extremely clean, and the entire staff creates a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere. My salesman, Luis, was phenomenal, incredibly kind, easy-going, and absolutely zero pressure. After test-driving the XC60, I loved it but wanted some time to think it over. Luis was completely understanding. We negotiated a price I felt comfortable with, and when I returned, the buying process with Luis and the finance team was incredibly smooth. We hit one minor hitch during the purchase, but Luis and the General Sales Manager, Toni, stepped right in to ensure it was quickly ironed out, keeping the experience stress-free. I want to say a huge thank you to the team at Volvo Gilbert for getting me into a car I love and providing such an outstanding experience. I highly recommend them!

Jake is so nice. I like working with him. I always get great service from Volvo Gilbert. I think the oil change prices are too high but overall service is great. I needed a loaner this time and it was seamless. I like the videos from the technicians (David this time) and like seeing what is being repaired.
