We called the dealership this morning when we saw a used vehicle in which we were interested. We confirmed the price and that the vehicle was still available. We were assured it was there and they confirmed the price. We made an appointment to see the vehicle - telling the dealer that it would take us 2 hours to get there. She told us to travel safely. When we were 10 minutes from arriving we received a call from a manager by the name of Jonathan and were told that someone had just walked in and wanted the same vehicle and gave them a $500 deposit so it was no longer available. We were incredulous. We had a similar experience recently where we were the people who walked in without an appointment to see a vehicle but we were told that someone else had an appointment within 1/2 hour so they in good conscience could not let us see the vehicle until they honored that appointment. They said they would call us if that person didn't buy the vehicle. We went out and got a bite to eat and then went back to see the vehicle when the other person didn't buy it. That dealer behaved honorably. Volvo of Melbourne did not. They don't respect you or your time.

Five stars for outstanding service. I originally came in frustrated about an issue that popped up after my oil change, but Corey and Michael stepped in and handled everything with professionalism and care. They took the time to look into the situation, explained everything clearly, and made sure the problem was resolved without any added stress. Their customer service was exceptional and truly changed my entire experience. I appreciate their honesty, patience, and commitment to making things right. Thank you, Corey and Michael, for going above and beyond. I’m very happy with the service and will continue bringing my Volvo here.

Edgar, Justin, and Daniel with Volvo Cars Melbourne made the car buying experience seamless from beginning to end. I appreciated the friendliness and connection Edgar made with my mother who joined me in car shopping over the Philippines and the latest news in the country. He was very knowledgeable about the car and made the negotiation process very quick and reasonable. Daniel took the time to organize all of the paperwork to make the signing process very quick and seamless. The entire process was streamlined very well and I appreciated that. I am enjoying my Volvo XC60 very much!

I just want to sincerely thank Corey Peters for helping us resolve the issues with our Volvo XC90. We originally came in just to have the car inspected because we had a few concerns. After the inspection, we were upset to learn there was a serious problem with the A/C — the repair would cost several thousand dollars. Luckily, our extended warranty from another dealership was still active for just a few more days. Corey went above and beyond to get the approval from the insurance company and make sure the repair costs were covered before the warranty expired. Only God knows how many hours he spent on the phone, waiting on hold, until he finally got the approval. I’m truly grateful for his effort. He kept me informed every step of the way so I always knew what was going on. Corey is truly in the right place — he knows how to work with people, how to communicate, and how to make things happen, even when it seems impossible.

After reading reviews I chose to reach out to Evan Rossi. He was very professional and very patient. I would have purchased my Volvo with Evan, but the particular vehicle I wanted was not at his location. He tried to have the particular vehicle sent to the dealership, but unfortunately that did not work out. Evan is very knowledgeable about Volvos if looking to purchase one. I really wanted to give him my business as he was a great salesman. I wanted to make sure I gave him a 5 star review as he was very professional and deserves to be acknowledged!
