Alex had all the info on the XC40 and answered any questions I had. Great communication. I also appreciated that he wasn’t a “pushy salesman”. Looking forward to my many years ahead of driving my new Volvo. This SUV is top notch in safety, reliability, and luxury! To top it off it comes with the “White Glove Service “ No more having to drop a vehicle off and wait for service or repairs. They will pick your vehicle up and give you a loaner until yours is returned. A+

I honestly don't know how to describe our experience with this dealership other than exceptional. We purchased our new Volvo XC60 from them in 2024 and drove all the way from Halifax because their pricing simply couldn't be matched. They offered us approximately $5,000 more for our trade-in and sold us the exact same vehicle for roughly $2,000 less than what we were quoted locally. The savings alone made the trip worthwhile. What truly sets them apart, however, is what happened after the sale. In 2026, due to financial circumstances, we found ourselves needing to break our lease early. We were expecting a stressful and costly process. Instead, the team treated us with kindness, understanding, and genuine compassion. They worked with us to take the vehicle back with very little financial impact. For comparison, the options presented to us locally in Halifax would have resulted in a massive penalty. This wasn't just good customer service it was the kind of treatment you rarely see anymore. Throughout the entire process, Stacy, Eric, and Chris were professional, warm, honest, and incredibly helpful. At every step, they made us feel like people rather than just another transaction. Car dealerships often have a reputation for putting profits first. This place is different. It genuinely feels like a family-run business where customers matter and relationships matter. They stood behind us not only when we bought the vehicle, but also when life circumstances changed and we needed help. I cannot thank them enough for everything they have done for our family. Without hesitation, I would return and buy another vehicle from them in a heartbeat. If you're considering purchasing a vehicle, do yourself a favor and give them a chance. Experiences like this are incredibly rare.
