We had a great experience leasing our new 2026 Volvo EX40 from Volvo of Austin. Our sales associate, Andrew Holzgrove, was incredibly helpful and took the time to find the information we needed to feel comfortable with our lease. This was actually his first official lease at Volvo, which made the experience even more meaningful. The sales manager also came by to thank us personally, which we really appreciated. Overall, we felt well taken care of and had a positive, easy experience at the dealership.

Over 3 hours for a single tire change... One tire... not Four.. One. Be prepared to wait. Bring Popcorn and a long movie before you arrive. No offer of ride share or loaner car despite being asked. Talked to 3 people regarding whether they had my tire in stock, and two people said no. Thankfully the second person I spoke with confirmed by putting his hand on the 7 they had in stock. If you don't have to come here because of warranty, I would most definitely go elsewhere that values your time more. Nice staff but... yeah. Lastly, I was told they would get me from the waiting area only to find out they didn't. No compensation for time. Total Wait Time: 3 hours 15 minutes
