He made this whole experience a breeze and laid out very realistic and straightforward expectations. I love my XC90. The VB dealership has earned a future customer here, a first time Volvo buyer.

Just spend the $ and purchase from Wynne + plan your maintenance here! Worth the price on initial investment + servicing to be a part of Wynne’s customer base. I owned an XC60 that I had serviced here for four years without issue. I traded it out for a Mazda SUV in Sept of 2025 after convincing myself it would be more economical, and have now dumped the Mazda only 9 months into ownership to come crawling back to Volvo after numerous critically poor customer service experiences + an outright deceptive dealership sales + service team at a local Mazda dealership. I am now back in a Volvo and incredibly hesitant to ever purchase from another vehicle manufacturer because of how well-designed the vehicles are in tandem with the incredible service Volvo repeatedly provides. I learned an expensive lesson so you don’t have to. Volvos are worth the price + premium fuel cost to have reliability + outstanding customer service!!!

No less than 5 stars. From Raul as my salesman to the wonderful manager Shawn, it was a great experience. After the purchase of my used vehicle, I had a small problem. Shawn took care of it and gave me a power train warranty for 6 months to relieve my worries. It was a totally no pressure purchase. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. Roy Brunner my sales agent is one of the kindest people you will ever meet; he is knowledgeable, not pushy at all and wants the best fit for you - even if it means a different car. I am a single mom with a toddler so my time was very limited. Roy even arranged for my paperwork to be ready for me when I arrived at the dealership to sign. The process was seamless. You will love this dealership and become a customer for life. 10 out of a 10!

I am in the area for a work trip- having to drive 300 miles tomorrow. My volvo all of a sudden started having a glitch where the screen/speakers are making a screaming sound. Turning on and off, as well as my dash. Called the closest volvo to see if I could drive straight there for a diagnosis just to make sure it isn't something catastrophic and make sure it is still safe to drive. Was told no- 3 to 5 days at the earliest. It only takes minutes to plug it in for diagnosis and see what the failure is. They won't even do that. Horrible customer service!
