Volvo of Palm Springs is awesome. I recently brought my c40 Recharge in for service because the car’s Google assistant wasn’t working correctly after a recent OTA software update. Thomas took really good care of me and was in constant communication. I’m very happy with the service I received. We bought our car here too, and there were no pushy sales tactics, which we experienced at other dealerships , two of which were Volvo dealerships in other areas, I’m sad to say. It’s really nice to get treated as a person, and not just a potential commission. I respect their approach to sales and customer service and would recommend Volvo of Palm Springs to my friends.

Michael did a fantastic job in the service department of not only taking our car in (since we were on a road trip to San Diego from Colorado), but he made it as easy as possible for us to continue our trip!
