Recently, I bought a pre-owned XC90 from Volvo Richmond, and the entire buying experience was very smooth. I had the opportunity to interact with several members of the sales team, and all of them were knowledgeable about what they were selling. Every question I had was answered clearly. The GM, Iyad, was especially helpful in resolving a warranty confusion that came up while I was making the payment. Most of my interaction was with Arvindeep, who played a big role in helping me decide on this car. When Arvindeep was away, manager Joe stepped in and assisted me as well. I would also like to thank Nick, who patiently answered all my questions during the test drive.
