So happy with my experience of service with Volvo Sarasota! Maddy Quinn has been awesome! So helpful, patient and knowledgeable! I am so impressed with how honest and hassle-free this dealership operates! They are allows available to answer questions and clearly explain the status of my car. I also really appreciate how it is very easy to talk to a human being on the phone that is knowledgeable! I love my experience of owning a Volvo!

I took my Volvo for its first service today. I was immediately greeted in my car and escorted to see my service advisor Maddy. She was waiting and took my concerns and put them in the computer and verified how the communication would go and explained the work that would be performed. Maddy also gave me a time window for work to be completed and sent a text to reach out if I had anything I needed to discuss. Simultaneously, the very nice young lady that was the receptionist printed out paperwork for my pre arranged loaner car and had it pulled up next to my car. She was a delight to work with as Maddy and the whole staff was as well. My car was done on time as promised and picking it up was as smooth as dropping it off. Kudos to Maddy and the entire team at Volvo Cars Sarasota !

We have always been treated with Five Star service and sales at this Volvo dealership. Jimmy in Service always goes out of his way to make sure everything runs perfectly for us. Glendy, the Sales Manager has helped us many times over the years and always gives us Five Star service. Everyone has always been friendly and professional. And, you can't beat a Volvo! Maddie Quinn is absolutely OUTSTANDING in every possible way! She goes out of her way to be informative and helpful, in the event that any issues pop up with my Volvo. She’s extremely responsive and always willing to help find solutions. When the unexpected happens, Maddie helps figure out the best options that keep me and my family safe and happy in our Volvo! Jimmy is also amazing. Truly, they make the service experience enjoyable!

Great experience with Volvo Cars of Sarasota. I dealt with Kyle in sales and was treated very well with great communication. Nothing was missed and he was honest from the beginning to the end. Rae in finance did all of my transaction paperwork and was enjoyable to work with as well. She is smart, top shelf, and doesn't miss a thing! This place reminds me of the good ole days of the ma and pa dealerships that have since gone wayside for the most part. Not one of these high pressure dealerships with a bunch of untruths being told and broken promises! SB.
