Unfortunately I got into an accident with the pole in the city and my vehicle was totaled. I was obviously distraught and I just did a quick search online and I came across a Volvo cars of Tucson. I was lucky enough to get to talk to the sales manager Jarred who was extremely helpful and very polite and made me feel comfortable on the phone letting me know if I had any more questions just to give him a call back. When I did have questions and I needed to call back Ms Aubrianaa answered the phone. Her and I struck up a conversation and I let her know I was interested in a female sales agent and asked if she was available and she said that she was. I feel so lucky and so blessed that I discovered Volvo cars of Tucson because the friendliness the knowledge and the expertise and professionalism that I was shown is beyond five stars. As another customer mentioned I felt zero pressure and very well taken care of. This was definitely a divine intervention for me to find my beautiful angel car that I am now a proud owner of. I would highly recommend this dealership if you're looking for an excellent deal, the best sales service and just the best team to make you feel that as a customer you matter. I'm so convinced of this place that I will only do business with them from now on. I highly 100% recommend Aubriana she's professional and knows her stuff. Just a phenomenal experience all around buying my Volvo at this location. Marland was very personable and attentive with each of my visits. I came by four or five times over the course of a few days and asked several questions as well as test drove the car. He never seemed put out by the fact that I was looking at one of the less expensive models and nor was I a quick buyer. The store manager, the finance officer, the service advisor, and just everybody has been warm and personable with each encounter. There is an odd mark on the front passenger window, and I showed it to them when I noticed it after the sale, and they have promised to make it right. I just can’t emphasize enough how great everybody has been and how easy they have made this process for me.

We purchased our XC60 PHEV through Volvo’s Overseas Delivery (OSD) program, and the experience was outstanding. Marland was knowledgeable, patient, and fully supported the OSD process—something not all dealers do. He and Jarred let us test an XC40 and XC60 for a full day each, which made the decision easy. Zane in finance matched our credit union rate and explained warranty options clearly. Great service from start to finish. Highly recommend Marland, Jarred, and Zane. I would buy my next Volvo here again.

Each time I have gone to Volvo cars Tucson, I have been met with customer-service-minded employees who make everything easy. The folks here listen to my concerns and fix everything that I request and even the things that surface upon inspection. My vehicle has always been repaired with the utmost precision and efficiency. From scheduling to parts/service to vehicle delivery after repairs, this place delivers! Thanks to Gene and his crew for another fine performance! Update on 3/28/26 I simply cannot say enough about the best-in-class customer service that this dealership provides. People like Gene H, Marland S, and Jose have treated me, literally, like family. These gentlemen consistently lower themselves with selfless hearts to deny their own time and needs in order to serve me. For example, the last time I was there, they each catered to me in ways that had very little to do with servicing my vehicle, but had everything to do with providing for some of my basic human needs (like support and encouragement in life) that I needed at the time. I was deeply humbled by their gracious hearts. This experience (and every experience) could not have been more perfect. Here’s to you fellas!

I am happy with my used Honda Pilot I purchased last week from Chad at Volvo Cars Tucson. Chad was accommodating, I didn't feel like he was selling me something I would regret because I came in looking for a Volvo and really what I needed was the Honda Pilot for reliability and longevity. Chad was able to identify my addressed needs and find a vehicle that would fit my lifestyle: - outdoors such as camping and roadtrips - vehicle that had a back seat air vent for the summers here in Arizona for my big full size doodle SERVICE DOG, with more headroom for the dood! Chad was excellent at customer service, friendly, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend talking to him about your next vehicle.
