There was no pressure at any point. When I had questions about long-term maintenance, she brought in John, the head of service, who took the time to explain what ownership would look like down the road. Both of them went above and beyond. Even though I live in Richmond Hill, I plan to return to Waterloo for major servicing. Maybe 2.5 stars tops. I bought my vehicle from Volvo Waterloo four months ago and I'm glad that I won't have to deal with their sales department again. I reside 1.5 hours away and I now have access to other Volvo dealerships for service so I won't need to test out the Volvo Waterloo service department experience either. The only positive spot of my purchase experience was dealing with their finance guy Banan. They are lucky to have him on staff.
