Zack Lalonde was my salesperson. My previous salesperson 2 yrs ago was Jared (now the manager). Zack was very helpful, non pushy, and was accommodating with all the time and visits I needed to make the decision to upgrade to the 2026 XC90. After the sale, he has remained extremely helpful, even sitting in my car with me and reviewing, as well as helping me set up all the technology. The minute we walked in the showroom located at the Wiregrass Ranch Mall, Lakish made us feel welcomed. He gave us space to checkout the cars without hovering. He answered all of our questions and was professional and polite. The whole process was extremely smooth, easy, and fast. Zach at Wesley Chapel Volvo gave us a run down and test drive with the EX90. Absolutely stellar experience. He spent a lot of time with us explaining features. While we did not buy a model from that dealership due to availability of the trim and features we wanted, it helped solidify our choice in Volvo. I would recommend them 100%
