Josh, who helped us purchase our XC40, truly went above and beyond. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough when explaining all of the features, and he took the time to answer every question we had. You can tell this dealership genuinely cares about their customers. The entire experience exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with both the car and the service we received. 10/10 would absolutely recommend!

A.K. and Daniel were absolutely amazing! From the moment I made contact with this dealership it was honest, hardworking, and upfront sales folks! In order to get me the best price we were under the gun because of my demanding work schedule and not being able to get to the dealership. That didn’t stop these two fellas! It was off to the races for my V60 wagon. Up to and including delivering the vehicle to my house and signing paperwork at my house as well before I had to go to work! I had been to so many different dealerships looking for a reliable SUV, but none of them were checking out until I came to Volvo. We are having a baby in August and needed a reliable SUV. I was greeted with friendly, trustworthy people from the second I walked in. The process for buying our car was super simple and I walked away excited about our purchase and not stressed about the “what ifs”. I FOUND MY CAR ON TIKTOK: (joshc86) Let’s start by saying I was desperately and actively Looking for a Volvo xc60 inscription 2022 model for the amazing features and beautiful sleek designs but one thing I wouldn’t budge on was that crystal gear shifter, after searching on car guru and every Volvo website inventory I just couldn’t find the interior or exterior deets that i so desperately wanted I could go on and on about how many dealerships I went to in Philly/tristate area just to be disappointed every time I literally cried but i kept telling myself just be patient! (God is good) Fast forward to me always looking on tik tok to learn the car I would watch videos entirely to ensure that this Volvo was exactly what I wanted, so scrolling down my tik tok and came across a angel name Josh Crow TikTok: (joshc86) posted a beautiful and sexy xc60 ultimate dark theme with amber (peanut butter) guts 2023 now remember I wanted a 2022 inscription but I had to weigh my options since this wasn’t the car I originally wanted I had to do more research and my conclusion was that this was basically the same car just better updates and it wasn’t bright theme with the chrome grill I wanted but regardless I loved it so after reaching out to him he promptly got back to me saying he works for Volvo In Winston Salem North Carolina! I was shocked so I said it was to good to be true so I needed to make sure Josh was really who he said he was I spoke to Chazy at the front desk she confirmed he’s real and was that guy if I wanted to purchase they do outta state sales a lot! So me a Josh communicated for a few days before I finally made my purchase Josh,Daniel and Jason was the perfect team they work together like they are brothers I loved the teamwork throughout this whole experience I would highly recommend, Josh was very honest about everything I asked we did a virtual test drive my car had 32k miles on the dash I feel like I got a brand new car, while purchasing my car I thought about driving up there to NC (7+ hours) or taking a flight but Josh ensured me I didn’t have to that they could ship my car! Perfect ! But I did end up finding my own transportation company from the BBB and my car was delivered inclosed to my front door just like it was when they put her in the truck with 1 other vehicle, my car still had 13 month warranty with the manufacturer, car fax was updated the upkeep was great only thing when I received my car the windshield wipers weren’t working properly so I contacted them and let them know the wipers scraped my windshield Daniel said he would pay for my windshield replacement and new Volvo wipers I was so grateful once I got that done the car was everything I could imagine so with that being said If ur having any doubt DONT “just do it like Nike” lol it’s legit and a experience I never thought I would have or ever think of buying my car online from a random guy name Josh on TIKTOK LOL he was just so good to me I could go on and on about him he’s been doing this a very long time and loves his job! This was Josh first TikTok sale I know it won’t be his last! I would recommend Josh and Volvo Winston Salem in NC any day if u are looking for a safe reliable but silent luxury DONT LOOK ANY FURTHER! My experience at the Winston dealership was awesome. The car salesman are very helpful and professional. If you get out to Volvo ask for Devon or A.K. They will get you what you need and help you with all your questions and infotainment needs. Jason R. the finance partner was also amazing. He was professional, polite and also helpful not pushy.
