I had an excellent experience with Brad and Tom at Land Rover. I ordered a custom Range Rover Velar, and from start to finish they provided outstanding customer service. They were professional, responsive, and very accommodating throughout the entire process. When my vehicle had not yet arrived and I needed transportation, they went above and beyond by arranging a loaner vehicle for me, which made the wait much easier. Once my Velar arrived, they took the time to walk me through all of the vehicle’s features and made sure I was comfortable using everything before I drove away. I absolutely love my new purchase and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I highly recommend Brad and Tom to anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable car-buying experience.

Small luxury dealership with friendly staff. Beautiful selection of new Volvo and JLR vehicles (+ custom build service), along with pre-owned inventory. Brad Burness is great and will make sure you get what you want. One minor thing: since they’re import luxury vehicles and don’t have warehouse space locally, it can take a while for service parts / tires.

The car arrived on time, exactly as promised, and was presented in immaculate condition. The service department staff were also wonderful—welcoming, professional, and happy to help. Buying a new vehicle can be stressful, but this experience was easy and enjoyable from beginning to end.

Hands down, the best dealership we've ever purchased from. Amanda in service goes the extra mile, she dug deep to get warranty issues covered for us. Tom in sales still treats us so well, long after the sale. They really do care, they truly hear their customers, they follow up and see it through. I tried many times to contact the service dept but calls and voicemails were unanswered for days at a time. When I did get an answer there was a lack of communication between team members meaning I had to explain the situation several times. I feel that, unless I had continued calling, the service team would not have progressed my issue. It took several weeks to identify what needs doing and to receive the parts. Then, on the scheduled day, the amount work seems to have been a surprise and it spilled over into a second day. If that was known all along I would have been able to make appropriate plans. I am concerned; responsiveness and communication are not adequate. It’s an expensive car and it’s expensive to service and I would like the level of customer service to match the premium pricing.
